✨ HR Senior Manager Compensation & Systems – France

📍 Paris, France | Full-time

HBS is looking for an experienced Compensation & Systems Manager to lead the development and delivery of our global reward, benefits and HR systems strategy across an international organisation operating in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

This is a senior HR role with broad international exposure, combining strategic reward management with operational delivery and HR systems oversight. Working closely with HR leadership, Finance and business stakeholders globally, you will play a key role in ensuring our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive, compliant and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Develop and implement global compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business goals and market trends

Lead salary benchmarking, pay analysis and job evaluation processes across multiple regions

Manage annual compensation review cycles, including salary increases, promotions and bonus allocations

Oversee global employee benefits programmes, wellness initiatives and vendor relationships

Ensure compliance with local labour laws, tax regulations and reporting requirements

Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide strategic recommendations and cost efficiencies

Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate reward programmes effectively across the organisation

HR Systems (HRIS)

Oversee the optimisation, maintenance and development of the HRIS platform

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and compensation data globally

Support HR reporting, analytics and workforce insights

Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system improvements, upgrades and process enhancements

Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers on HR systems and reporting tools

What we’re looking for

You will be a proactive and highly collaborative HR professional who is comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when needed. You thrive in dynamic international environments, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and bring a strong attention to detail alongside a continuous improvement mindset.

5+ years' of relevant experience in Compensation & Systems within a multinational or global environment

Strong knowledge of global reward frameworks, benchmarking and benefits management

Experience managing HRIS platforms and HR data processes

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial awareness

Strong understanding of international labour law and compensation compliance requirements

Confident working across multiple stakeholders, regions and cultures

Fluent English, written and spoken
