Experience building intake and delivery processes for digital storefronts

Consistent track record to spot process gaps, automate manual work, and set SLAs that stick

Demonstrated judgment in capacity planning and trade-off decisions under pressure

Experience building and leading teams that own digital operations, copy, and digital assets

Strong grasp of mobile-first, responsive design

Experience launching A/B experiments and translating results into action

Sharp cross-functional and escalation-management skills, with the ability to align partners and drive timelines forward

Nice to Have:

Comfort operating shared or multi-tenant ecommerce platforms across multiple brands/customers

Broad knowledge of end-to-end DTC operations, including both site operations and fulfillment operations

Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CMS, or similar platforms

Background in graphic design or creative production

A genuine passion for gaming, toys, or entertainment franchises
