General Manager Telecom

Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s network infrastructure and technical service delivery. Design, implement, manage, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Oversee network operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.

CCNA certification is required.

CCNP or an equivalent advanced networking certification is highly preferred.

Relevant professional experience in network infrastructure, network operations, telecommunications, ISP, or enterprise networking environments.

Proven hands-on experience with PRTG Network Monitor.

Demonstrable experience using other network monitoring and management tools.

Strong practical knowledge of ISP and enterprise networking technologies.

Must have hands-on experience with PRTG, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs
