Key Responsibilities

Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks Read and follow technical drawings or instructions Repair and maintain metal structures and components Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures during welding operations

Requirements

Proven welding experience Ability to use welding tools and equipment safely Knowledge of fabrication and metal works Good attention to detail Physically fit and able to work in a factory or workshop environment

Work Schedule: Mondays – Saturdays Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits: Free food daily and free busing in and out daily Bus Routes: Apolonia, Afienya, Kpone, Tema, and Ashaiman

Location: Accra

Salary:  GHS 2,200 + GHS 300 bonus for full-month attendance
