Growth Specialist (New Grad)

We are looking for a passionate Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all performance marketing campaigns, working closely with the game studio and marketing teams to drive engagement and user acquisition.

Responsibilities; Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various platforms

Build predictive models to forecast spend, revenue, and LTV with precision

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for growth

Collaborate with the game studio to align marketing efforts with game updates and releases

Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for user acquisition and retention

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements; Fresh graduate or soon-to-be graduate from a top university

Strong interest in growth marketing, digital marketing, or related fields

Passion for the gaming industry and eagerness to learn its dynamics

Basic understanding of data analysis and digital campaign metrics

Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
