Cafe Service Crew (Full Time)

Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Service Crew member to join our cafe team. You’ll be the face of our cafe — welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a warm and pleasant experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent service in a friendly, professional manner

Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or barista

Serve food and beverages to customers promptly

Assist the barista in preparing drinks when required

Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, service stations, and counter

Assist with opening and closing duties

Handle basic cashiering and payment processing

Requirements:

No prior F&B experience required — training will be provided

Positive, friendly, and service-oriented attitude

Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly

Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
