WSH SAFETY OFFICER (CONSTRUCTION)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive WSH Officer (WSHO)to oversee daily safety operations across our landed property developmentprojects. Unlike mega-commercial sites, our projects demand sharp attention todetail within tight residential footprints, close proximity to neighbouringhomes, and highly coordinated sub-contractor activities. You will ensure 100%compliance with MOM regulations while fostering a practical safety cultureon-site.

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring ofWorkplace Safety & Health and Environment Management Systems at work sites.
- Conduct regular WSH inspections and follow-up actions toensure safety compliance
- Ensure all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rulesand regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated andcommunicated.
- Ensure the Company meets its statutory obligations in allareas pertaining to health, safety and welfare at work, including statutorytraining and reporting
- Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessmentsfor all work equipment and operations
- Ensure all accidents are documented, investigated andrecommended improvements implemented.
- Coordinate the development of health & safety policies,systems of work and procedures.
- Inspect project sites to ensure safety measure are beingcarried out at all times
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory Legal Verification: Must be a Registered WSHO witha valid license from the MOM.
- Advantageous Certifications: NEA-certified EnvironmentalControl Officer (ECO) or an SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM)
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of local constructionexperience, specifically managing landed properties (bungalows, semi-detached,terraces) or private residential projects.
- Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore WSHAct, regulations, and Code of Practices related to Work-at-Height and EarthRetaining Stabilizing Structures (ERSS)
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and diplomatic skills oliaise effectively with residential neighbours, sub-contractors, and projectmanagers.
- Must have own vehicle/motorbike/transportation to movearound various site.
