Remittance Officer (Branch Operations, Permanent)

Location: Tanjong Pagar, Corporate banking

Responsibilities: Processing of inward and outward remittance Issuance of Demand Draft, Cashier’s Order for account holders / internal customers Input FX Spot / Forward Contracts and Inward Clearing drafts Process of Foreign Currency cheques receives for Current / Savings / Deposit Input of Inward Collection cheques receives for collection from H.O. / Branches/ Correspondent Banks Remittance volume for Support Section - MAS reporting (Demand Draft / Cashier’s Order / ICCR) Process customer’s standing instructions Funds reporting to Treasury Prepare monthly reports Participate in projects and testing

Requirements: Degree holder with at least 1 – 2 years’ relevant remittance experience in Retail / Corporate Banking Good communication abilities
