Staff Accountant - Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do Support daily accounting operations and general ledger activity

Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close

Prepare and maintain financial records and reports

Research and resolve accounting discrepancies

Work cross-functionally to keep financial data accurate

Take on additional accounting projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

3+ years of general accounting experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem-solver

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
