HR Operations Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 3 within HR Operations.
• Own HR Ops processes end to end design, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive use of HR systems and technology (including AI tools) to improve efficiency.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with HR stakeholders in Germany and across the Middle East region.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and governance across HR operations.
• Support hands-on operational delivery alongside team leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven HR Operations experience, ideally in a shared services or multinational setup.
• Prior experience supporting the Middle East region.
• Strong systems, process, and tech orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience managing/leading a small team.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience with a sizeable multinational business; professional services background a plus.
