BIM Engineer (Revit/Allplan)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. BIM Modelling & Design (70%)

Model Development

• Develop and maintain BIM models for structural projects using Revit or Allplan.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D models of structural components, including rebar, precast

elements, steel structures, and concrete.

• Continuously update and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Integration & Quality

• Collaborate with engineers, architects,...
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in BIM modelling, preferably in the structural discipline.
• Proficiency in Revit, and/or Allplan.
• Strong understanding of structural design principles, construction methods, and relevant building codes (Eurocode preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation.
