Assistant BIM Manager

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related tools

Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and proper integration

Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines

Review BIM models, shop drawings, and deliverables to ensure quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements

Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards

Assist in supervising BIM Engineers and Modelers, including task assignment and progress tracking

Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Coordinate with site teams to update models based on actual construction conditions and redlines

Support BIM Manager in monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely delivery of BIM outputs

Comply with applicable laws, regulations and other relevant requirements, including the requirements of all applicable ISO management systems

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 4–7 years of experience in BIM (MEP projects preferred) Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC, Dynamo or scripting tools is an advantage Good understanding of construction processes and coordination workflows Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Good English communication skills
