Electrical Engineer

Job purpose :

• Responsible for supervising and coordinating electrical system installation works within construction projects. Work closely with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant, Client, Subcontractors, and Suppliers to ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements

Key Responsibilities : Site engineers play a critical role in the construction (MEP) industry, acting as the link between the design team and on-site construction crews. Their key responsibilities include.

• Project Supervision: Overseeing daily construction (MEP) activities, in part of mechanical ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Technical Guidance: Providing expert advice to subcontractors and construction crews on engineering tasks, materials, and methods.
• Quality Control: Inspecting materials on site such as main equipment, sub equipment, and alignment of pipe routing install.
• Site Surveys and Layout: Conducting surveys, setting out sites, and verifying that technical designs and drawings are accurate.
• Coordination: Liaising with architects, project managers, and clients to resolve design issues, manage subcontractors, and maintain project timelines.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work follows safety regulations and legal guidelines.
• Cost and Time Management: Preparing estimates for time and material costs, monitoring budgets, and reporting on project progress.
• Responsible for designing, drafting, reviewing, and revising MEP and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, in accordance with assigned requirements and engineering standards.
• Support the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Support Testing & Commissioning activities for electrical systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Not require experience years (if have experience will be advantage) A Professional Engineering License (กว.), either Associate Engineer or Senior Engineer level, will be considered an advantage. Experience supervising Electrical or Mechanical system installation works. Experience in Data Centers, Industrial Facilities, Factories, Hospitals, or High-Rise Buildings will be considered an advantage. Ability to supervise and coordinate effectively with Subcontractors. English: Able to write read and understand Technical Drawings and Specifications and communicate effectively in a working environment. Proficiency in project management, Auto cad & BIM (special consideration) software. Skills in problem-solving, communication, leadership, and time management to handle on-site challenges effectively.
