Head of Accounting & Operations

-Manage monthly financial reporting and forecasting -Accountable for financial analysis and financial performance reviews -Manage daily Finance & Accounting activities. -Responsible for the year end audit and financial statement as well as reporting to authorities. -Responsible for product and service pricing calculations in cooperation with respective department heads -Review efficiency of processes based on developed KPI’s and identify possible improvements to achieve overall business goals -Involvement in company strategy and business projects Execution of Business Objective -Manage the Finance & Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of monthly financial reporting. Further ensure reconciliation to statutory accounts together with Accounting Department (quarterly, half-year;y, yearly). -Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly variance analysis of Revenues, Gross Margin, Sales Driving Expenses, Operational Expenses, Fix Cost and other business related KPI’s to provide Country Management with necessary details to take actions and decisions. -Establish KPI’s to drive the business and create a dashboard to communicate status quo and expected development to the organisation. -Recommend possible improvements of processes or cost drivers to Country Management and estimate financial impact of proposed corrective measurements. -Drive forecasting and budget process and ensure that management projects are correctly translated into the financial impact they have. -Improve all processes related to financial planning, analysis and reporting to ensure efficient and accurate financial reporting. -Provide presentations about financial situation, analysis and forecasting to Country and Executive management Operational Management -Support operational management (Sales & Service Management) in their decision making process with financial analysis and financial impact estimation -Following business objective of this

Qualifications: Excellent analystical and financial skills Good English & Thai language skills in oral and written Well-organized, structured and discreet personality Excellent computer skills in Excel, SQL (Access), ERP systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, others) and PowerPoint Good interpersonal and presentation skills Experience in working with bigger teams Hands on and result oriented working attitude Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience Preferable bachelor degree or higher in Finance/Accounting/Economics or similar
