-Responsible for the efficient delivery of the Front Office team and maintain a good relation with the guests. -Responsible for up keeping guest relations by providing special help/care to guests and by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. -Responsible for a smooth operation of the department by communicating the Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager on a daily basis.

Qualifications: Male/Female.Any nationality. Bechelor's Degree at least. Good command of English. Open-minded and flexible with a can-do attitude. Ability to co-ordinate with other departments, familiarity with the entire resort premises. Complete knowledge of policies and procedures; rules and regulations, facilities and services, full range of Front Office services and operations. Ability to communicate freely with guests, entertain and accommodate any specific needs raised by guests, receive and handle all guests courteously and sincerely.
