Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager (Garment)

1. Manage customer orders from development to shipment.
2. Review tech packs, costing, and order requirements.
3. Coordinate with sourcing, production, and QA teams.
4. Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
5. Control pricing, margin, and production costs.
6. Follow up on fabric, trims, and material readiness.
7. Ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
8. Lead and develop the merchandising team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or related field. 5–10+ years experience in garment merchandising. Strong knowledge of garment costing, sourcing, and production process. Good command of English communication. Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with USA / international customers is an advantage.
