Development Merchandiser (Sportswear)

• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from tech pack review to final sample approval.
• Coordinate with overseas buyers, design teams, and internal departments to ensure a smooth development workflow.
• Follow up on all sample stages (proto, fit, SMS, and PP samples) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure samples meet design intent, quality standards, and buyer requirements.
• Communicate development status and feedback with international customers in English.
• Monitor the development calendar and ensure all milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with sample room, production, and QA teams to resolve development issues.
• Support costing preparation and basic material coordination when required.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field 3–7 years’ experience in garment merchandising or product development Experience in sportswear / activewear is highly preferred Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fitting process Good English communication skills (written and spoken) Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Able to work under pressure and manage multiple styles simultaneously Detail-oriented and well-organized
