Asst. Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging) ประจำนิคมสินสาคร

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. •Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans. •Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team. •Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships. •Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and KPIs. •Report sales performance and provide recommendations to Sale manager

Qualifications: Thai nationality, age 35 years old up Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (experience in Flexible Packaging or related industry is required). Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Analytical, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure Good command of English (written and spoken). Have own car and driving license. Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
