Quality Engineer (สื่อสารภาษาจีน/อังกฤษ)

1. Quality Control: Detect quality issues during the manufacturing process including existing and potential problems，propose corrective and preventive measures to address quality issues, track and verify the effectiveness of these measures.
2. Execution of Quality Improvement Plans: Ensure the effective execution and implementation of quality improvement plans.
3. Quality Improvement: Track the progress of quality improvement initiatives to ensure the achievement of improvement objectives.
4. Final Closure of Quality Issues: Ensure that all quality issues are properly addressed and closed.
5. Resolution of Quality Disputes: Organize investigations and analyses of major quality incidents to resolve corresponding quality disputes.
6. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction with products or services.

Qualifications: College degree or above, skilled on English or Chinese is preferred. Be familiar with QC 7 tools, SPC and FMEA and experience on QE acitvities is preferred. Good coordination skills and problem-solving ability. Skilled in the use of Office software."
