To sell assigned products in order to achieve the specified sales targets. Prepare quotations for customers, coordinate product payments and delivery, and provide product information and services to customers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

1. Sales

Sell products in accordance with assigned sales targets.

Maintain display products and sales areas to be neat, accurate, and ready to serve customers at all times.

1. Customer Service

Provide product recommendations and company promotions to customers.

Prepare product quotations for customers.

Follow up on customer orders (outstanding deposits).

Coordinate product payment processes.

Facilitate and coordinate product delivery to customers.

1. Customer Consultation

Provide advice and information regarding the company’s products and services.

Qualifications: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher. At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service. Sales and customer service skills. Product knowledge. Communication and presentation skills. Computer literacy. English communication skills.
