SMT Supervisor

1. Track and analyze SMT processes to ensure feasibility, continuously optimize prosses, and achieve a balance between efficiency and quality.
2. Implement various rules and regulations for equipment management, formulate equipment maintenance plans, and ensure smooth production.
3. Implement equipment maintenance plans, prevent in advance, and reduce the occurrence of equipment failures; Strengthen technical training to ensure the quality of equipment maintenance and unnecessary replacement of accessories.
4. Participate in equipment accident analysis with engineers, conduct in-depth reflection on accidents, accumulate experience, and prevent accidents from happening again.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Faculty of Electronics, Electrical power, mechanical or related field Must be have experience of SMT/AI process and manpower control more than 3 years Knowledge and ability related with process of PCBA. Strong knowledge of SMT manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and quality control. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and team management abilities, with a focus on staff development.
