QC Supervisor

1. Plan, manage, and continuously improve the overall QC management system throughout the production process in accordance with company standards.
2. Supervise, evaluate, and mentor subordinate QC staff, leaders, and inspectors to enhance team capabilities and performance.
3. Support and fulfill customer requirements, participate in qualification and validation activities for New Product Introduction (NPI / New Model), and maintain quality assurance for current models.
4. Implement, maintain, and ensure conformity of operations with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and other relevant standard systems.
5. Drive in-process quality improvement initiatives, and conduct regular Product Audits and Process Audits to ensure compliance and stability.
6. Notify, follow up, and summarize various abnormal quality issues in the production line; coordinate with cross-functional departments (e.g., Production, Engineering) to ensure timely root-cause resolution.
7. Confirm, analyze defect data, and drive improvements to achieve quality KPIs/targets (e.g., Scrap Rate, First Pass Yield).

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronics), Science, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (QC/QA), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry (Experience in electronics or wire/cable assembly is highly preferred). Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and prepare quality reports/presentations with foreign clients or management. Deep knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 quality and environmental management systems (Being a certified Internal Auditor is an advantage). Proficient in using QC 7 Tools and core quality problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D Report, 5Why analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and PFMEA). Be careful and meticulous. Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Be able to use basic Office computers.
