Sales Engineer

About the role Hanna Instrument (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our head office. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth initiatives. This is a full-time position, and you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory
• Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to customers, helping them identify the best solutions for their needs
• Prepare and present sales proposals, technical specifications, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities
• Please provide feedback and insights to the product development team to enhance our offerings
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand our customer base
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or have one year of experience as a sales engineer or technical sales representative, preferably in the measurement or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of product features and applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer requirements
• Proficiency in English and Thai languages
• Have your own car and a driver's license
