-Study and explore new innovations in the market to present or meet customer demands. -Research and experiment with new materials to enhance product quality or improve existing production processes. -Report or present research projects to develop or extend their benefits for further advancement. -Serve as a technical consultant and provide knowledge to various departments to increase operational efficiency. --Participate in solving production issues in collaboration with the quality control department and the factory.

Qualifications: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Science, Chemistry, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Research and Development (R&D). Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic with a strong willingness to develop and implement new ideas. Proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic, with the ability to solve problems. Strong endurance and flexibility in work.
