AVP - Electrical & Facilities Management

1.Develop and drive enterprise-level strategies and policies for electrical systems and energy management to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals

2.Oversee the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of electrical and energy systems across building portfolios

3.Lead advanced energy analysis initiatives to identify opportunities for energy efficiency and conservation improvements

4.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to energy management reporting

5.Direct and oversee the preparation and submission of energy management reports in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

6.Lead the evaluation, implementation, and compliance processes related to Building Energy Code (BEC) and green building standards

7.Drive the development and execution of renewable energy projects such as Solar PV systems, energy storage, and other clean energy solutions

8.Manage end-to-end energy projects, including feasibility studies, financial analysis (ROI, payback), and execution

9.Coordinate and manage external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

10.Stay updated on emerging technologies in energy management, smart buildings, and sustainability, and integrate them into organizational practices

11.Build and lead a high-performing engineering and energy management team, fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency

12.Support executive leadership in advancing ESG strategies and long-term sustainability initiatives, including Net Zero targets

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 8–12 years of experience in electrical systems, building energy management, or related fields Proven experience in leadership roles and project or portfolio management Energy conservation and Energy Management Systems (EMS) Energy management reporting requirements and regulatory compliance Building Energy Code (BEC) standards Renewable energy systems, particularly Solar PV Experience in large-scale facilities (e.g., commercial buildings, mixed-use developments, or multi-site portfolios) is preferred Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills (e.g., ROI, IRR, payback analysis) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Experience with ESG, Green Building certifications (e.g., LEED, TREES), or Smart Building solutions is a plus Professional Engineering License (PE or equivalent, e.g., Thai Engineering License – “กว.”) required
