SOLAR ENGINEERING MANAGER

• Lead technical planning and execution of Solar Rooftop projects
• Conduct and supervise site surveys and technical feasibility assessments
• Review Solar PV system design, sizing, layout, equipment selection, BOQ, and cost estimates
• Manage projects from technical evaluation through installation, commissioning, and handover
• Coordinate closely with our parent company, EPC partners, contractors, and suppliers
• Supervise installation teams and ensure project quality, safety, timeline, and engineering standards
• Support the commercial team in technical proposals, project costing, and customer presentations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during project execution
• Manage multiple project sites and ensure successful project delivery
• Develop technical standards and best practices as we scale the Solar Rooftop business

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related fields Strong experience in Solar PV / Solar Rooftop projects and installation Proven experience in project supervision or engineering management Good knowledge of PV modules, inverters, electrical systems, protection systems, and related equipment Experience in site surveys, system design, BOQ, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning Strong project management and problem-solving skills Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, contractors, partners, and the parent company Hands-on, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
