Incoming Quality Control Manager

• Duty and Responsibilities;

1. Manage Team Leadership: train, and evaluate a team of IQC supervisors, inspectors, and technicians.
2. Management of  Inspection , Oversee daily inspection workflows based on AQL standards, sampling plans, and material priorities.
3. Management of Supplier Qualityand Controlling: Partner with Procurement and Supplier Quality Management (SQM) to evaluate vendor performance and resolve material defects.

• Management Skills;

1. Management and Development Human resource , Education of subordinates for skill improvement, and motivation management.
2. Manage overall of QA & Incoming Quality Control system & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
3. Manage of Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Management skill based on evidence (data).
4. Manage resources within budget, including manpower, materials, equipment.

• Technical Skills ;

1. Standards & Tools: Deep understanding of ISO 9001 or along with 7 QC tools and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications: Male / Female Age 40 - 50 years. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) Quality Management, or Related scientific field. Management Experience at least 5 years role is required. Experience at least 5 years in Quality assurance, or Incoming Quality control, preferably in manufacturing industry. Management and Development Human resource , Education of subordinates for skill improvement, and motivation management. Good command of spoken and written English or Japanese Language for communication and reporting.
