New Model & Process Engineer

Your tasks

• Develop New Model from Prototype, Trial Run through to Mass Production
• Plan and monitor projects according to APQP and Customer Milestone
• Conduct Design Review, DFM, DFA and Process Feasibility
• Control Trial Run, First Article, Golden Sample and Process Validation
• Coordinate with customers and related departments
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, machinery, tooling and working methods
• Analyze and increase Productivity / Capacity
• Reduce Defect, Waste, Cycle Time and Production Cost
• Analyze problems, find Root Cause and determine corrective actions
• Support Continuous Improvement activities

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or related field
2. 3–5 years of experience in New Model / NPI / Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
3. Experience with at least 3 New Project / APQP projects
4. Experience in manufacturing processes such as Plastic Injection / Over Molding / Die Casting / Stamping / CNC Machining / Lathe / Hot & Cold Compression
5. Knowledge of Mold & Die Design, Mold Trial / Die Trial and Troubleshooting
6. Ability to analyze Defect, Root Cause and Process Improvement
7. Knowledge of PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Work Instruction and Process Validation
8. Ability to read Technical Drawing and use CAD 2D/3D
9. Problem Solving, Project Management and coordination skills
