Roles & responsibilities

Supervise drilling crew and daily rig floor operations

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of drilling equipment

Monitor drilling fluid systems and pressure control procedures

Enforce safety standards and operational compliance

Coordinate with drilling engineers and rig management

Troubleshoot operational issues to minimize downtime
