1. Duty & Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings for mechanical and electrical systems based on project specifications. Ensure drawings are accurate, updated, and adhere to company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawings reflect the design intent. Work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary inputs for drafting. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders. Ensure timely submission of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other required documentation. Assist in resolving technical issues related to M&E drawings during project execution. Provide technical advice and recommendations to ensure design feasibility. Conduct clash detection, issue resolution, and model validation using advanced BIM tools. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements. Conduct quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings. Any jobs or tasks assigned by superior and above.

1. Requirement

At least 5 years of BIM and VDC experience, having completed one full project cycle. Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical Communication Engineering or relevant field. Proven experience in drawing.
