Join the Escape Team as our new Club Manager!

Are you a driven manager with extensive experience, and is nightlife your natural environment? Then we are looking for you!

• Salary according to the Dutch hospitality collective labor agreement (CAO).
• A fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension.
• A full-time position.
• 8% holiday allowance.
• 25 vacation days based on a full-time workweek.
• Staff parties.
• Laptop and phone (if required for the role).

We are looking for a hands-on manager with an entrepreneurial mindset and solid experience who can successfully oversee a nightclub evening.

Who you are

• You manage a team of approximately 80-90 employees.
• You take responsibility for achieving goals in service, quality, and revenue.
• You ensure proper handling of products, inventory, and equipment.
• You are skilled in addressing issues, handling and resolving questions/complaints from guests and staff.
• You oversee and enforce regulations regarding safety, working conditions (Arbo), HACCP, and house rules.

Requirements

• MBO-4/HBO level of working and thinking.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a comparable environment (hospitality/entertainment venue).
• Strong communication skills.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Stress-resistant.
• Enthusiastic.
• Excellent at motivating and leading staff.
• Living in Amsterdam.
