Role Overview We are seeking a Health, Safety & Warehouse Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Batangas warehouse. This onsite role combines responsibility for ensuring a safe, compliant working environment with effective warehouse administration and operational coordination. The successful individual will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety while supporting smooth and organised warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of health and safety policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments within the warehouse
Monitor compliance with safety protocols, including use of PPE and safe handling practices
Maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions
Coordinate safety training programmes and toolbox talks for warehouse staff
Act as a point of contact for health and safety concerns, fostering a proactive safety culture
Support investigations into incidents and recommend preventive measures
Warehouse Administration
Provide administrative support to warehouse operations, including documentation, reporting, and data entry
Maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock tracking within internal systems
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics documentation and scheduling
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational metrics
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient operations
Support compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices (experience in the Philippines is preferred)
Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent) is advantageous
