Red hat Openshift Architect

Key Responsibilities Conduct customer workshops and gather technical/application requirements. Design OpenShift-based application architecture, including compute, network, storage, and security. Deploy and support applications on Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) across Dev/Test/Prod/DR. Develop/support applications using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, Microservices, and REST APIs. Design and automate CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Ansible, Tekton, or Argo CD. Support ACM/ACS for cluster management, policies, security, and compliance. Implement and manage Red Hat Quay, including image repositories, policies, retention, and Skopeo. Support ODF/Ceph/Rook, including storage architecture, PVCs, and performance. Prepare solution design, deployment, validation, and CER documentation. Provide customer-facing technical support, knowledge transfer, and troubleshooting

Mandatory Skills

• Red Hat Certified Enterprise Application Developer certification – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform
• Enterprise application development experience
• Strong Java / Spring Boot / Quarkus / Microservices knowledge
• Experience with containerization and Podman
• Strong CI/CD and DevOps experience
• Experience with OpenShift deployment and troubleshooting
• Understanding of OpenShift networking, storage, security, RBAC and routes
• Experience participating in solution-design or architecture workshops
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Arabic language – Mandatory

Experience

• Overall Experience: 6+ years preferred
• Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Red Hat/OpenShift, enterprise application development, Java/microservices, and CI/CD.
• Candidates with a combination of Red Hat certification + OpenShift + application development + CI/CD + customer-facing architecture experience will be strongly preferred.
