To ensure overall customer satisfaction with Company’s Aftersales service Liaising with customer to arrange the bus to be service and repair Perform diagnosis on vehicle for fault finding Open Job card in the system and demand parts Carry out repair/service job & servicing of battery, etc Diligent recording of all info in service report (mileage, parts list, fault codes, etc) Update to customer the progress timely Get customer to sign on service report to acknowledge the repair jobs Provide breakdown support to customer Carry out recall /warranty job as documented Other functions & adhoc jobs as required by superior
