Substation Project Manager
Job Summary Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of electrical substation EPC projects, ensuring completion within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards, while managing client and subcontractor relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution for HV substation projects (66kV/220kV/500kV)
Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, and EVM/ETC reporting
Manage client communications, contractual correspondence, and claims.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
Lead project meetings and report progress to senior management
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and contractual requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power Engineering
8–12 years of experience, with proven track record managing substation EPC projects
PMP certification preferred
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
