Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, secondary market, or luxury sales
• Proven experience in secondary market transactions and property advisory
• Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential and commercial property market
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and manage client and owner relationships
• Valid UAE driving license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
