Job Description:

• End-to-end recruitment.
• Candidate sourcing and talent mapping.
• CV screening and initial interviews.
• Interview coordination with user.
• Candidate relationship management.
• Recruitment progress reporting and target achievement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Having a strong candidate database or talent network is an advantage.
