Primary School Teachers

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives. Teach core subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies. Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment. Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior effectively. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians on student progress and concerns. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions. Collaborate with colleagues to plan school events, activities, and academic projects. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and curiosity in students.

Requirements:

Minimum of NCE Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a structured school environment. Excellent communication and classroom management skills Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners Tech-savvy and open to using digital tools in teaching Ability to work effectively as part of a team
