SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across various process engineering project and O&M contract. Coordinate with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Project teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Achieve assigned sales, order intake, revenue, and profitability targets. Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline . Relevant sales/business development experience in an engineering, M&E, EPC, industrial, or project-based environment . Self-motivated and capable of developing business independently.
