Business Development Manager

Develop and implement business development strategies for the facilities services market.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Lead the preparation and presentation of customized proposals and contracts.

Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving revenue targets.

Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Mentor and develop junior Business Development team members.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .

MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

Minimum 7 years of progressive Business Development experience in Facilities Services or a related industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the Egyptian market .
