System Engineer - Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple company sites
• Support and optimizeWindows,VMware, and network environments
• AdministerActive Directory, DNS, user access, and security policies
• Provide technical support to internal teams and local offices
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades and AI-driven technology projects
• Collaborate with software and IT teams to improve system performance
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure business continuity
• Contribute to IT documentation and best practices

System Engineer - Profile

• Fluent inFrenchandDutch(English is a plus)
• Strong experience withWindows Serverenvironments
• Good knowledge ofVMwarevirtualization
• Experience managingDNS, networking, and infrastructure services
• Solid understanding ofActive Directoryand Microsoft environments
• Knowledge ofMicrosoft Dynamicsis highly appreciated
• Willingness to travel regularly between company officesacross Belgium
