Network Engineer (Technical Support / Switches / Routing / CCNA)

Job Scope Provide pre-sales and technical support by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable networking products and solutions. Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, testing and troubleshooting for customers. Support the implementation and delivery of networking solutions , including onsite/remote technical support and documentation. Provide after-sales technical support , diagnosing and resolving network, connectivity and product-related issues. Conduct customer training and technical guidance where required. Work closely with customers, internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and timely resolution of technical issues. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and process improvement . Support other infrastructure and technical projects as required.

Requirement Degree in Computer Communications, Network Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years related experience in network equipment after-sales/technical support Possess CCNA certificate will be an advantage
