Student Guidance Support Officer
Job Description Manage student behaviour and safety incidents. Conduct misconduct and bullying investigations. Implement disciplinary and restorative interventions. Conduct home visits and neighbourhood patrols when required. Support student development programmes. Engage parents and external agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate student case records and documentation. Provide administrative and operational support Requirements Diploma or higher in Counselling, Educational Psychology, Social Work or a related field preferred. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in youth engagement, preferably in a school setting. Experience supporting students with social-emotional needs and/or learning difficulties. Patient, firm yet warm, fair and respectful in approach. Strong conflict resolution and communication skills. Able to remain calm under pressure and engage students effectively. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
