QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction company
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with measurement, costing, tendering, variation claims and contract administration
- Able to prepare quantity take-offs, quotations and progress claims
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Singapore construction experience will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and quotation documents
- Conduct quantity take-off and cost estimation
- Prepare progress claims and payment submissions
