Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily restaurant operations and service
2. Ensure excellent guest service and service standards
3. Coordinate and support the restaurant team
4. Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming
5. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
6. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational procedures are maintained
7. Support the Manager in daily operations
