Estimator Interior

Cost Estimation: Prepare and calculate cost estimates for interior projects (materials, labor, etc.).

Budget Control: Monitor and track project budgets, ensuring costs stay within limits.

Supplier & Contractor Negotiation: Select and negotiate with suppliers and contractors for the best rates.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with design and construction teams to align on project goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quantity surveying for interior design or construction projects.

Professional certification is a plus but not required.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in using quantity surveying software (e.g., Excel, or similar).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
