Training Operations Manager

- Manage the full training operations cycle, from preparation and scheduling to delivery, evaluation, and program closure.
- Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, participants, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure training venues are fully prepared, including seating, audiovisual equipment, internet connectivity, and training materials.
- Manage training logistics, including hospitality, breaks, printed materials, and certificates.
- Oversee participant registration, attendance, absences, and training records.
- Coordinate with trainers before and during programs to ensure their operational requirements are met.
- Supervise on-site training activities and provide support to trainers and participants.
- Resolve operational, organizational, and technical issues promptly.
- Monitor adherence to approved training schedules and session timings.
- Collect and analyze training evaluations and participant satisfaction feedback.
- Prepare training reports covering attendance, program performance, feedback, and improvement recommendations.
- Manage multiple training programs simultaneously while maintaining delivery standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in training operations, corporate training coordination, or educational program management.
- Proven ability to manage training programs from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Leadership skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional communication and the ability to interact effectively with trainers, participants, clients, and senior management.
- Flexibility to work according to training schedules, including occasional hours outside standard working hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with training management systems or online registration platforms.
- Good command of English for training-related communication and documentation.
