Senior Technical Executive

Roles and Responsibilities Lead technicians during their shifts in carrying out preventive maintenance, facilities and building works. Ensure contractual obligations under the Service Agreements are complied with. Coordinate and supervise contractor works. Ensure contractor performance complies with the relevant Service Level Agreements. Implement the quality maintenance programme. Comply with statutory and government requirements. Conduct regular audits of the building and M&E systems. Ensure installations are maintained in compliance with building and statutory requirements. Manage building risk, safety and security. Ensure works comply with the Workplace Safety & Health Act and authority requirements.

Qualification Requirements Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Built Environment. Minimum 5 years of field experience.
