Restaurant Server

Job Duties Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages when requested. Take customers’ orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and according to restaurant standards. Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently. Prepare and present customer bills and process cash or electronic payments accurately. Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints politely and professionally. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the dining area. Follow food safety, health, and restaurant procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Good communication and customer-service skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work well as part of a team. Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
