Provide visibility into spend vs. plan, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending actionable adjustments

Lead performance management across the full subscription funnel (acquisition, conversion, retention, churn)

Evaluate marketing effectiveness across paid and organic channels to optimize efficiency and scalability

Develop and evolve KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, ARPU, payback) to inform investment decisions and growth strategy

Own forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning, translating strategy into financial plans and scenarios

Support decision-making through modeling, trade-off analysis, and performance forecasting

Lead development of business intelligence tools and reporting infrastructure (e.g., Power BI, Board) to enable scalable insights

Establish and manage governance frameworks, including spend approvals, investment tracking, and global process standardization

Own executive reporting and communications while managing and developing a Senior Financial Analyst and partnering cross-functionally to drive performance improvements

We are considering applicants for the location(s) of Los Angeles, CA.

Experience Requirements

8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering roles in high-growth environments

Deep understanding of marketing and subscription metrics, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn, and funnel performance

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in a client-facing / business partner capacity

Experience building and scaling business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and improving reporting infrastructure
